The whole house has two master water shut off valves. One Manual and one electronic. Both are in the master bathroom closet down to the left. I only use the electronic shut off with LCD screen on floor. The gas to the BBQ outside is on the wall just to the right of patio door. Always leave off when not in use.  

While we do not have cable, every TV is connected to multiple streaming services.  Access this content via the AppleTV menu and remote (AppleTVs are on every TV) - where Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV and other streaming services can be found.

• Living Room TV - Use the AppleTV or Sony TV remote. 
• Master Bedroom - Use the AppleTV remote. 
• Upstairs Bedroom - Use the AppleTV remote. 
• Upstairs Living Room - Use the Sony and AppleTV remote. 
• Kitchen - Use the AppleTV remote on the wall. 

Getting use to the AppleTV menu takes a bit of practice. If you hit the POWER (upper right) button on the AppleTV remote the TV should turn on and you'll be taken to the AppleTV menu. If you hit the Power Button again, you'll get a pop up menu that allows you to select where you would like the sound to be played. This is where you control the volume. It's a bit confusing. In theory you should not need to use any other menu other than the AppleTV remote to turn the TV on, select the streaming app you want, and control what room and what volume. 

The whole house is wired for music and each room is separate. One or all rooms can be played at once. Note that in addition to controlling the volume from your phone, each room has a round switch on the wall that controls the volume manually. 

To play music, first connect to the DurandBreckGoolgle WIFI, then start your music app (e.g. Spotify or Apple Music) and use Airplay to select where you would like to play the music. All the rooms are marked. For example, you'll see "Sonos - Living Roome')

There are two black eBikes in the garage for guests to use. They are new so take care of them and make sure they are 90% charged and tires are inflated before use. Call Andre for any questions. Never leave them anywhere (they will be stolen) and wash and return as you found them.
