Make a cup of coffee, turn on the stereo and fireplace and put your feet up. Hammocks are in the garage. 

Hiking trails are everywhere, many within a mile behind the house. 

Grab one of the Luna eBikes. There are trails everywhere. Just don’t leave them anywhere unlocked or out of sight. Clean and charge them when finished. 

Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and A Basin are all within 30 minutes. You can Nordic ski and snow shoe around the golf course behind the house. 

The salt water hot tub is new (2022) and the chemicals are automatic. Every now and then add 5 to 10 gallons of water using the bucket in garage with hot water from tub. 

Ping Pong paddles are in the Master black cabinet. PlayStation is behind the living room TV, xBox is upstairs and corn hole is in the garage.
